DataBeyond can allow interested partners the capability to provide hosting solutions available to their customers. Incorporating our products and services into your existing service will allow you to grow in terms of business size and financial strength.

Sign up for our Referral Program and every new web hosting customer which you refer to us will earn you a bonus of 105% of the referred customer's first hosting fee.

To get credit for referrals:

• You, or the referral account owner, must maintain and own a paying account with DataBeyond. Also, the account must be active and in good standing, as reviewed by us, when the referred customer signs up and when the payment is issued to you.
• Commissions are issued only for referrals of hosting customers (DataBeyond Premium and DataBeyond Pro). The Partner program does not pay commissions on Domain Name Registrations, Setup Fees, Web Site templates, Web Development Services, or any other services.
• You may carry as many of our Referral banners and/or links as you wish on your web sites.
• You can get credit for word-of-mouth hosting referrals if you notify us by phone before the new customer signs up. Please be sure to provide the referred customer's name and domain name. If you do not follow this procedure than you may not get credit for word-of-mouth referrals.
• You cannot refer yourself or get credit for extra hosting accounts you sign up for.
• Referrals must be new customers of active and paid hosting accounts who have signed up. Accounts that have established profiles or did not enroll at time of sign-up with their referral I.D. will not be eligible.

How payment works:

• Referral Partners get paid 45 days after the referred customer's first invoice for the appropriate account has been paid. This delay is to guard against chargebacks, fraudulent orders with subsequent quick cancellations, or downgrades. If a reffered account is downgraded by the customer during this 45-day hold period, the Referral will be paid at the rate of the downgraded hosting plan's monthly fee.
• Referral payments will be added as credited funds to your DataBeyond account after a 45-day hold period. This 45-day period does not start until the new customer's payment has cleared and his/her first hosting invoice has been paid in full. Once funds are deposited into your account, they are not retrievable as cash, but may instead be used to pay for your own hosting fees, future domain purchases, or other services.
• All income and other applicable taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the Referral.

Cancellation of your Referral account:

• DataBeyond referrals are subject to the same Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy as all other DataBeyond account holders. Spam will not be tolerate under any circumstances.
• If a referred customer ceases to be a hosting account holder at DataBeyond, his/her referral status will cease to operate and the referrer will receive no further credits or payments.

DataBeyond understands the technical and marketing aspect involved in the web hosting industry and would like to assist you as a partner. Any appropriate material concerning you, DataBeyond, or any of our partners will require a review from DataBeyond before you host the image/media on an affiliated site.
